RE:IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR WATER METER SERVICE

The City of Luling will be contracting with a third-party company for  water meter upgrades. There are no expenses to the property owner for the new meter and radio transceiver installed, however installation of customer shutoff valves will be performed if the property doesn't already have a functioning valve installed, that is located outside of the city's water meter box. The property owner will be charged for the materials used for the complete customer shutoff valve installation. Please take this time now to have your own customer shutoff valve installed and placed in its own accessible meter box, outside of the city's meter box, to avoid the customer shutoff valve installation expense.
