1. When is CUT-OFF day?

Cut off day can be any day after the 16th of the month. Please refer to your current bill to see the designated Cut-Off day assigned for that particular month. Please feel free to call Public Utilities at 830-875-2469 to ask about the day.

2. I didn't get a bill in the mail, do I still owe?

Please call 830-875-2469 to ask for a balance on your account if you are unsure about a bill. Sometimes bills get lost in the mail, but bills are always due by the 16th of the month.

3. Can I have someone co-sign on a deposit for my utility account?

Accounts will be set up under the name on the lease agreement/deed for a property. Deposits are required for new account holders.

4. How much is a deposit on a utility account?

Some properties only have one service provided. You can always call Public Utilities at 830-875-2469 to ask about what services are supplied on a specific property.

Water Deposit- $50
