The City of Luling is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the remodel of an existing 1,410sqft municipal building located within city limits. The project is estimated to remain under a budget cap of $99,999.00 and includes demolition, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC adjustments, painting, flooring, and ADA compliance improvements. Contractors must be able to begin work September 15, 2025, and complete the project within the timeline proposed in their bid.
Interested contractors must submit:
• One (1) original printed copy
• One (1) electronic copy on a USB drive
• One (1) electronic copy via email

Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (Noon)

It is anticipated that a recommendation will be presented to the Luling City Council for consideration on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., to allow the contractor to begin by September 15, 2025.
Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to submit bids.
