INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice to Qualified Contractors:
The City of Luling ("City") is pleased to present an Invitation For Bids ("IFB") to solicit interest from prospective Contractors qualified to bid on: The City Of Luling
Industrial Park Boulevard Improvements until August 8, 2023. at 2:00 p.m.
The improvements include concrete roadway surface, water line and broadband conduit installation.
This IFB Bid Package is available electronically by contacting Ms. Martha Velasquez at mvelasquez@cityofluling.net It will also be published on www.civcastusa.com
A Non-Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting will be held at The City of Luling office at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2023.
Technical questions regarding the bid package can be sent to Abel Guzman, PE at
jaguzman@ffwinc.com and must be submitted before July 27 at 5:00 p.m.
Interested contractors are responsible for communicating with the City for information concerning the IFB and any changes, modifications, addenda, and/or notices issue. The City will not accept any IFB submitted by facsimile, electronic transmission or any other method other than as stated in this IFB.
The City reserves the right not to accept a contract and to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time. The City, in its sole discretion, would deem that such measures are in the City's best interest.
