The Luling Public Utilities is responsible for the billing and collection of electric, water, waste water, garbage, brush and street maintenance fees in a timely and accurate manner. Our goal is to provide the customers of Luling with professional customer service with accurate and timely response in regards to billing questions, concerns, connects, disconnects, and transfers.
The Electric service is provided by the City and therefore does not participate in the deregulated market. For customers that are outside of the city limits, garbage service is optional. Gas is provided by Texas Gas, which can be reached at 800-700-2443.
